Booking Parties with a New Script Post

Below is a great example post to get online parties. Tia booked 7 parties just from this post. Let's talk about booking parties. Online parties are the fastest way to grow your network, lead to sales, lead to more hostesses/parties and lead to potential recruits (people who will join you in business.)
1.) Make a party script you are proud of and excited to share. If you aren't excited about it who is going to be?  Or use our team script in this group HERE.  

2.) Post about it on your personal Facebook wall! A LOT! More that one time. Tell people about it. Tell them in different ways, a post, a video, a live, get creative!

3.) Ask people individually to do an online party or makeup class. PERSONALLY MESSAGE. Do NOT send a novel, short and sweet is best. People complain, "No one wants to do a party...." Here's my question, How many people have you personally ASKED today? Pick a number, a non negotiable number of how many people you are going to ask each day. Then commit to your number, the number YOU chose. Every single day ask people. Make it a habit. I promise you, if you want parties you need to ask more people. If you want 1 party you need to ask 10 people.
4.) Assume the sale. Assume people want to do a party with you. If you have a script you are proud of and excited about why would they not want to do it? Change your mindset. They aren't doing you a favor, you are providing value. You have something amazing to share that can add to someone else's life. Have confidence in yourself and your message. You never know who is watching and needs what you are offering, whether it be the products or business opportunity.

Retiring Collections Breakdown for Flash Sale

Our Collections are bundles of products with free makeup bags that are discounted! So, when your customers spend more and want to get one - they save BIG!  Well, things just got EVEN BIGGER!  Now for a limited time, they have them an EXTRA 20% off!  That's HUGE!  Be marketing them as a whole - customers will want to get them.  But, you can break them apart and sell the items individually too!  This always brings in some HUGE sales!  


The breakdowns of each collection are listed below.  Here's how this works.  All sale prices when broken apart need to be posted in a closed event or group page.  Not on your public wall.  However the sale price on the entire collection may be posted on your public profile because it's something Younique is offering.  You will post each item individually with a great picture - use a results picture too, not just a picture of the product.  Show them the look that product can create.  Then, when they say they want it, you can invoice them with Squareup or Paypal.  You order the entire collection, ship it to yourself, then break it apart and ship out individual orders.  Yes, it's an extra step, but BABY does it bring in some orders!  Have fun increasing those sales!

The Daily Routine


Quick Morning Routine:
1. Wish Happy Birthday to your friends list
2. Answer messages
3. Post a quote to your personal wall
4. Do makeup, make a video while doing it.
5. Take a picture and upload it.

Lunchtime Routine:
1. Post video from the morning
2. Save wording to notes app on phone for booking parties. Use that wording to message 2 people. (Reach out to people everyday to ask for parties. Never stop)

Evening Routine:
1. Make a Post about business pertaining to your life. How you work from a cell phone, how you can work online, how your business helps you spoil your family to go out to dinner, etc.
2. Work my parties when I can between 8-10pm. I try to do two of my posts during this time, and my chick flick game.
3. PERSONAL MESSAGES. Usually waiting to hear from chick flick game, chat with those that message me. I know my evenings are all about the personal messages, and making my posts to VIP, parties and personal wall. ALL golden nuggets are found in personal messages. That's where your party hostesses are. That's where your sales are. That's where your future presenters are.

A great way to get parties booked!

It's party booking day! How many can you get to start TODAY??
Thursdays are great days to get parties started because the 10 day links run through TWO Friday paydays!!! Here is a post for your VIP group, or current parties to help get you a few parties booked! I would have a goal to get 3-5 hostesses. Even if 1-2 of those parties are "dead", it doesn't matter, because one of those hostesses is going to be great!!! Don't waste your time. You're building a business here. Be creative, and innovative. MAKE parties work. They do. Use the Online Party Training group. It is exactly what I'm using in my parties right now and it's going GREAT! Copy and paste, it doesn't get any easier than that! If you need to book parties, use all "party bookings" behind those flowers. And, if you're sitting on $0 in sales or less than $500 YOU NEED PARTIES, not sales at this point. You need parties. And, remember don't focus on the $$$ focus on the number of people you can get into your VIP group this summer!

When they comment, I send them a PM - I've even got your answers to them posted here for you as well. I will usually post this, and then wait for a few hours until I have a bunch of comments to make it easy on me. I sit down at once and do the responses.
If they accept to a party, get it rolling and you can set it up for this week. I'd set up the event page tonight, but not start it until the weekend. It will give you more time to get people to accept their invites. If they pick a coupon, and they want to order, I send them an invoice with discount through squareup.com, when they pay, I order the products and have them shipped to them. Don't forget to check back in with anyone towards the end of the month to remind them they have a coupon or a party booking.
Ok, here's what's "hidden". Obviously I don't post this, I keep this to myself.  I write this down on paper so I know. When they comment on the post, I also write their name down with what they've "won" so it makes it easy to follow up with them.

You will get a free lipgloss PLUS all the party rewards you will earn when your friends shop! I can go ahead and get this started for you for next Wednesday if that works for you.
Hey! Thanks for playing! You have won a coupon for 10% off your order! Coupon is available through the end of June. It's only available through me, so let me know when you get your order together. Have you checked out our new products? Our self tanners and lip bon bons are the most popular! Let me know if you have any questions about our products or need help picking out colors!

All about Blue Status - and how to get there.



Let's Talk about Blue Status!  To achieve Blue Status you need $4,000 in Company Sales and 2 qualified Presenters personally enrolled.  The bonus, on top of commissions earned for Blue status is $160 minimum.  Because when you reach Blue, you get 4% of the $4,000 or whatever you do beyond that!  Pretty incredible, right!  So, let's talk about how to get there!

$4,000 in company sales is the equivalent of 183 mascaras - if you were to just sell mascaras.  Good thing we've got lots of other products to sell ;)  So, the minimum team members is 2, but the more you have, the easier that $4,000 will be to obtain.  Don't think just because you grow your team that you can rely on them to get you to that $4,000.  YOU need to take on the bulk of the work!  Average team is probably about 10 members, you can do it with less, for sure.  But if each of those ten team members do their $500 in sales, goal will be achieved!  That's why the duplication of $500 each month is so important. So, if your team isn't quite that large, that's ok.  It can still be achieved, but it's got to be done by YOU, or you need to grow more.

Now, let's talk parties.  Online parties, in home parties, vendor events, makeup playdates.  All very important.  The more you do, the more you sell.  The more you sell, the more money you make, and the more statuses you climb.  If you're looking at online parties qualifying at $200.  You and your team need to run about 27 online parties.  Not all of them will qualify.  So have a little more as a back up plan, or add in some vendor events or in home parties.  In home parties usually do well over $200 in sales.  If you hosted just one per month, you could easily get $400-$500 in sales from each.  Average makeup "playdate" sells about $80-$130 in sales.  What if you had one person per week come by and play through your makeup?  Now, how can you duplicate this down to your team?  Encourage them.  Set goals with them for the month.  Consider incentives for the month.  If you take the number of parties needed and divide it by how many team members you have, you come up with a number for each person.  How about a drawing for a set of 3 lipglosses for each person that hosts those numbers of parties, or play dates, or reaches a certain sales goal for the month.  You can use a half off on that making that set cost you just $20.  The bonus for blue is  $160.  Well worth that $20 in my eyes :)  Don't spend more than about 10% of your income on incentives for your team, if you choose to do them.  Focus on shouting out your team too.  Encourage them every step of the way.

Attraction Marketing Post Ideas

Using your personal profile is a great way to attract new leads and business partners.  After watching some of the most successful people in Younique, I have found that they post a minimum of 5 times a day, and usually upwards of 8 times a day.  But, they're not business and sales posts.  They're more lifestyle approach working their business into their postings and their life.  Here are some of the ideas for some of your attraction marketing style posts.  The list goes on and on, so you can come up with your own.  Sometimes it's tough coming up with ideas on the fly, now you can reference this sheet to help you!  Happy Attracting!


Here are 3 daily posts.  These are more of your "non-makeup" posts, more regular posts but can still relate to your business some.

  • Positive Quotes 
    • A lot of quotes get shared, that's why we post them.  That will help your facebook become more popular too.  Which we all want, so more people see ours posts!  Also, you will stand out in the crowd when you're so positive!
  • Normal/Daily Posts
    • You don't want it to be all about makeup!  You want them to know you're a real person.  
  • A day in the life of...
    • What are you doing today?  Where are you going?  What's changed in your life because of this business?  Are you able to go on a field trip with your child because of the flexibility?

Now, here's some of the business style posts.  Steer clear of a lot of graphics, they seem very sales related, and they don't get attention.  It's ok sometimes, but use your own pictures or pictures of people you know!  So, if you're using the 3 posts above, you will want to choose AT LEAST 3 of these posts EACH day to makeup your 5 post minimum.  It will seem like a lot at first, but remember, not everyone on your friends list sees each of your posts.  

  • Purple Card
    • A purchase
    • Debt Payoff
    • What it has done for you
    • Where you're going/What you're doing with your card (i.e. trip, lunch, pay for dance, dance costumes, shopping, etc.)
    • Picture with your purchases
    • Groceries/other expenses
    • Extras (is it helping to pay for an extracurricular activity for child, or is it paying a medical bill, or now you can afford organic groceries, etc)
  • Looks/Products
    • Of course you want to showcase your products that you offer!  These don't have to necessarily have to be a picture of you ALL of the time, but I can guarantee when your friends see YOU they will be interested.  Steer clear of graphics, instead, go to the Personal Results group on Facebook and use Presenters photos.  That's what it's there for.
  • Shout Outs
    • Share the excitement of a growing team or team members hitting promotions.  These don't have to be members from your own downline.  No one else knows that.  There is an excitement people see when other people are hopping on board and hitting promotions, getting bonuses, etc.  It makes them want to join in on the fun!  Create some excitement around the business.  It's contagious!
  • Opportunity 
    • Again, steer clear of the use of a lot of graphics.  Stories sell.
    • What this opportunity has been for you since you started
    • What it's helped you with and do
    • What's happening in the business. (Is there a promo to sign, an incentive trip coming up, even if you're not going, you can talk about it, and how you can't wait to be on it next year)
    • Your time in business
    • What you can now do because of this business
    • Compare this to your 9-5 job
    • Videos about the opportunity
      • What comes in the kit
      • Frequently asked questions
      • All about becoming a presenter
  • Business
    • Picture of how/where you are working your business 
      • These help to show others they can fit it into their life too!
      • From your phone on the go?
      • In front of your fireplace with feet propped up?
      • In your pajamas?
      • In the evening after children asleep?
      • On your lunch break during your 9-5 in your car?
