1. Add your new team member to the following groups & add a welcome post in Lash Out Loud.

3. Direct them to the 'New Presenters Guide' found under files in team Lash Out Loud. Here is the direct link you can send them straight to the file. 4. Get your new team member added to all of the monthly/party trainings available. Give them the best start possible so they can be an asset to you. If you're unsure of all of the trainings available contact Jennifer Herring.
5. Work with your new team member to set up and host their first party. More than likely this will be a "Kickoff" party for themselves for their own friends. Make sure they start that party as soon as possible. No need to wait for their kit to arrive! Just like training says, get them to do a giveaway, to roll that party into a new party at the end.
6. When your new team member has made their first sale, do a congratulations post in team Lash Out Loud so that we can all cheer them on!
7. When they have qualified their business for the month ($125) do a post in the group again :) Remember, keeping them engaged, and engaged in team pages keeps them working hard!
8. Point them to any incentives going on for the month and how to earn them
9. Encourage them to work on their Fast Start right away. Their goals for the month are listed in their New Presenter Guide.
