New Presenter Task List

Welcome to Younique!  Here are your first tasks to get started!

1.  Add your address to our team address log in Bling Beauties.  Make sure to click 'edit' to add your address, do not add to the comments section.  Here is the link to the address log: https://www.facebook.com/notes/bling-beauties/please-edit-to-add-to-the-address-log/621750474556899

2.  Make sure you have been added to the following Facebook groups:

Team Sparkle  Bling Beauties  Lash Out Loud  Personal Results using Younique Products  Younique Presenters Sharing  Younique Family - Presenters Only    

3.  If you do not already know, make sure you ask your sponsor who your upline is.  If you have any questions and cannot get a hold of your sponsor you can contact your upline at anytime.  Also, uplines give incentives, so it's good to know what the incentives are for each month.  

4.  Go to Team Sparkle and go through her training.  It is excellent and will help you in getting started.  

5.  Make list of 100 people you know

-start contacting them about Younique and your new business

6.  Start posting about your new business:

*Facebook

-set profile to public

-make your profile picture a picture of you

-be positive in your posts, negativity will affect your business

-post 3-5 times daily

-add 10 new people to your network DAILY

*Instagram

-start one if you don’t already have one

-set IG to public

-use hashtags

-post 5 times daily

-follow 10 new people daily

*Use other social media sites to market your business

-YouTube, Pinterest, Word Press, Twitter, etc.

7. Have your sponsor add you to the monthly training that is going on.  This will teach you how to run online parties.

8.  Start an online party for yourself

* Your sponsor should work through your first online party with you.  Online parties are KEY in our business.  Keep them going, and you will ALWAYS have orders coming in.  

* As a presenter, always keep a 10 day party link open for yourself.  Any orders that come in from your friends will use this link, which keeps yourself earning rewards for your own goodies!  

* Use the Party Training to see how to do a giveaway at the end, to get a new party to start.  Remember, always leave a party with a party!

9.  FAST START

 * Sign 3 new presenters and reach $2,000 in PRS in your first 90 days of becoming a presenter and get $250 in Y cash!  

Here is what your goals should look like each month:

* $650+ in monthly Personal Retail Sales

* Sign 1+ new presenter each month
